Cassidy has a professional background in mental health and an education background in science and psychotherapy. This combination of experiences has helped her form a grounded, trauma informed Reiki practice.

She prides herself in following ethical standards and providing each client with compassion, care and safety. Her goal with Reiki is to allow her clients to come back home to their most authentic and whole, worthy selves, embrace rest & self-care, and reconnect with their higher selves.

Distance Reiki works by focused intent of life force energy in partnership with spirit guides to promote harmony and well-being remotely. Just as wifi or electricity cannot be seen, energy healing can also not be seen but felt fully. The practitioner (Cassidy) will connect with you post-reiki session and share the information or guidance that she receives for you during the session.
